Hey Beautiful One,
How are you? How are you traveling along this path of life at the moment?
As I look to the days ahead, surprisingly, I feel an underlying excitement within myself and I wonder what God has before us. For there’s no denying that all the world has been under a weighty cloud of darkness and fear, and yet there is a sense of newness and freshness that I haven’t felt in a long time. There is an expectancy in my spirit.
It’s an expectancy of goodness. It’s an expectancy of miracles. It’s an expectancy of restoration and healing. It’s an expectancy of the glory of God being displayed in new ways. I feel we are living in the days of Isaiah 60 and 61 as He speaks to us about what He’s doing and why He’s doing it.
Isaiah 60:1-2 (NIV) “[1] Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. [2] See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and His glory appears over you.”
Isaiah 61:1-2 (NIV) “[1] The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, [2] to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favour.”
We are living in days where God wants to reveal Himself in new ways. He wants to do new things in pure hearts, and He is calling us to be open and even raw before Him. The words in my spirit for this year are:
RAW – PURE – NEW
What this means or will look like in a practical way, I cannot yet say. But then again, I don’t need to say. God is well able to speak for Himself. But I believe that as we gather in the unity of Christ, our Heavenly Father will reveal His Heart.
Adore exists to create space for women (of all ages, stages, and backgrounds) to gather, breathe and refresh – to unite in relationship with both God and each other. We are here to be a place where lives and hearts can be re-established and ignited once again, in passion and purpose.
Therefore, this invitation is for you. Come aside and let Love fill your lungs with fresh air. Let Him breathe oxygen and whisper dreams into your heart, for you and the days ahead. We look forward to seeing you!
