REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend the conference, you must notify us of your cancellation 2 weeks before the conference. After this time a $20 cancellation fee will apply for each delegate. No refunds will be given the week of conference although you may transfer your registration to another person or to the following conference year. Please notify us of this in writing or by calling our office. Registrations can only be transferred once. Strictly no refunds will be given to registrations that have been transferred. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy. From time to time, there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. If this is the case, please contact our office to discuss this further.
The event experience will be captured in photography, video and audio. Enjoy Church reserves the right to use the material for promotional purposes. Registration and payment confirm that delegates understand it is a condition of entry that all claims are waived in relation to inclusion of their likeness in such films or recordings.
The registration price does not include GST as the event is considered a ‘Religious Service’.
